CITRUS HOUR — Reservations close 30 November
LEMON & LEAF

Delivery and Collection

Arrival windows you can plan around.

Each product shows an estimated arrival window. Updates are provided at every major order stage. Complete any outstanding balance and choose delivery or collection.

How the arrival window works

Reservation pieces are produced, consolidated and shipped after an edit closes, so each one carries an estimated arrival window — for example, 15–22 December for the current edit. The window is on the product page before you reserve, never hidden until after you pay.

Ready Now pieces are locally available and ship or can be collected immediately after your order is confirmed.

Updates at every stage

You receive an update at each major stage of the order: when the release is confirmed, when your piece is prepared and shipped, when it passes our local quality check, and when it is ready for delivery or collection. If an arrival window moves, you hear about it when we know — with the reason and the new window.

Balance, then delivery or collection

For reserved pieces, you pay any outstanding balance once your piece is confirmed and prepared. Then you choose: have it delivered, or collect it. Delivery and collection options are confirmed with you at that stage through WhatsApp or your order page.
