THE CITRUS HOUR EDIT — Reservations now open
VENA June
Field Notes

What happens after you reserve.

From reservation to piece in hand — the stages, the updates, and what happens if a release is not confirmed.

When you reserve a piece, it moves through a fixed sequence — and you hear from us at every major stage.

Reservation received

First, we confirm your reservation and your deposit. Your size and colour are held for you while the edit remains open. If you paid in full, there is nothing further to pay.

The edit closes and the release is confirmed

When reservations close, the release is confirmed against the edit's allocation. If a release is not confirmed, you are told immediately and your deposit is refunded in full — no credit notes, no conditions.

Preparation and quality check

Confirmed pieces are prepared and pass a local quality check before anything goes out. If something does not pass — a seam, a measurement against the listed garment measurements — it does not go out.

Balance and delivery

If you reserved with a deposit, the remaining balance is due before delivery or collection. Pieces arrive within the window stated on the product page — typically 12–15 working days after the edit closes — and you choose delivery or collection.

If a window moves

If a delivery window moves, you hear about it when we know — with the reason and the new window — and the policy on our Returns page explains what you are entitled to.

The short version: reserve, follow, receive. The stages are fixed, the updates are human, and the numbers never change behind your back.
